Congressman Wants Better Airport Security After Stowaway Incident

(San Jose, CA) -- A U.S. congressman wants better airport security after a teen was able to fly from San Jose to Hawaii in a jet wheel well. California Congressman Eric Swalwell held a press conference today to announce he's asking TSA officials to test perimeter alert systems at several U.S. airports around the nation. Swalwell says the teen should never have been able to climb the fence at San Jose International Airport in the first place. The teen survived his April 20th trip to Hawaii. Swalwell says airports have to do more to increase surveillance at their facilities.
