Not Guilty Plea In Hatchet Robbery

(Hilo, HI) -- An Ocean View woman remains behind bars for allegedly using a hatchet during a recent robbery attempt. The "Hawaii Tribune-Herald" says Trinety Crapser is being held on 72-thousand dollars bail after pleading not guilty this week to charges of robbery and assault. Police say Crapser used a hatchet to threaten a woman as she tried to allegedly steal the woman's Corvette along South Point Road. A man in Crasper's car also took a bag from the victim's car that contained her wallet. He was also arrested on robbery charges.
