(Honolulu, HI) -- Residents in Honolulu's Palolo neighborhood are venting their frustration over a road project that's blocking their driveways. A stretch of Kuahea Street is dug up and some residents cannot use their driveways, which is causing parking problems. Residents also say they don't see very many workers taking care of getting the project done. A city official says different phases of the road project require different numbers of workers. The project is meant to make the road less susceptible to landslides and should be completed by the end of March.
